Training. Nutrition. Rehab.One client record.
One system for the whole coaching craft: programs, meal plans, injuries and return-to-load, scheduling and your client pipeline. Built in the EU.
No spam · one email when your cohort opens · one click removes you
Coaching got split across five apps. You became the integration layer.
Programs in one tool, meal plans in another, bookings in a third, consents as PDFs in a drive, leads in a spreadsheet. Each one has its own login, its own export, its own version of the same client. You shuttle between them, re-typing what the others can’t see.
“Clients annoyed having to use many extra apps.”
Why a coaching CEO switched platforms · verified reviewFive subscriptions · five client logins · zero shared records
The wiring disappears. The record does the integrating.
Training, nutrition, rehab, scheduling, consents, leads: every surface in PraxisOS reads and writes the same client record. Enter a fact once, and every discipline that needs it already has it.
One entry, everywhere it matters: the Achilles episode caps calf loading in Training, gates the phase in Rehab, and holds Friday’s review in Schedule. Nobody re-types it, and nothing falls between tools.

4 exercises · 10 Aug 2026Strength, endurance, conditioning.one programming grammar.
A 5×5 at 82.5%, a 6×800 m at threshold pace, a Hyrox simulation: one prescription grammar expresses them all. Percentages resolve against each client’s own tested maxes and land plate-rounded, as weight that actually exists on a bar.
The plan knowswhat Sofia can’t eat.
Real food data from the Portuguese INSA table plus USDA, with EU-14 allergen enforcement built into planning. Sofia’s peanut allergy lives in her record once, so the moment a trail mix lands in Tuesday’s snack, the plan says so and names exactly where it sits.
Marathon build
One injury, tracked session by session.Progress gates on criteria, not the calendar.
Sofia’s Achilles episode carries its own record: every session’s pain against the plan’s ceiling, flares marked and settled, capacity climbing beside it. Each phase repeats until its time floor and its criteria hold. Advancing is a coach’s decision; nothing here moves on its own.

And the business around the coaching.
Your clients’ health data is Article-9 data.PraxisOS is built like it.
Signed consents freeze into PDFs with a who, when and how appendix. Proof, not a checkbox.
Progress photos stream through an audited proxy. No log row, no bytes: it fails closed.
Article-17 delete cascades through everything, files included, not just database rows.
EU data residency, EFSA and INSA food data, eIDAS-valid signatures. Native, not retrofitted.
And if you ever leave, you take everything with you.
A cohort, not a queue.
We onboard a small number of coaching businesses at a time, close enough to shape what ships next.
I’m building PraxisOS with the first cohorts, not just for them. If something on this page matches how you coach, I want to hear from you.
Martim, founderQuestions people actually ask.
When do I get access?
We onboard in small cohorts so every business gets real attention. You leave an email, and you get one message when your cohort opens, with dates.
What does it cost?
Joining the list costs nothing. Pricing is being decided with the first cohorts. You’ll hear it before anyone else, plainly.
Will my clients need another app?
No. Their side is one link: an installable web app where they log sessions, meals, check-ins and photos. No app store, no account gymnastics.
Can I leave with my data?
Yes, and it’s built, not promised: plan PDFs, signed-consent documents, full progress archives. Erasure is just as real when a client asks for it.
I only coach training. Is this overkill?
Start with training alone. The record is already there when you add nutrition, rehab or a second coach. That’s the point of one record.
